Yes, you can withdraw the credits in your account if you choose the cash option instead of the available prize. Your balance can also be used to shop from our marketplace, which features over 10,000 discounted items.
The wheel will spin & land on an item. You will have the option to either:
- Keep the item: Add it to your cart and claim it for free by going through the checkout process.
- Sell the item: You can sell the item for store credits, which will be added to your account balance.
To claim an item you’ve unboxed, simply navigate to your Inventory, select the item, and add it to your cart. Once the item is in your cart, complete the checkout process. There is no charge for items you choose to keep.
No, items cannot be exchanged for alternatives. However, you do have the option to choose the cash option if preferred.
If you choose not to keep an item, you can opt for the cash alternative directly from your Inventory. The amount will be credited to your account balance, which you can use to shop in our marketplace or withdraw to your bank account.
Once you have opened a mystery box, the credits are non-refundable. You should carefully consider whether you want to open a box before proceeding with your purchase.
Credits are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another account. They are only valid for the account in which they were added.
