To get started, simply create an account on Giveaways.com.au. Once you're signed in, you can add credits to your account using available payment methods. Then, you can use those credits to open mystery boxes!
You can add credits to your account by selecting the "Balance" option. We offer several payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Each mystery box has a different cost, which is clearly displayed on the website. The price of opening a box will be deducted from your account balance when you decide to open it.
No, the credits in your account are non-withdrawable and cannot be converted into cash. Your balance can only be used to open mystery boxes or to buy more credits.
If you win a prize, you have the option to either:
- Keep the prize: Add it to your cart and claim it for free by going through the checkout process.
- Sell the prize back: You can sell the prize for credits, which will be added to your account balance to use on future box openings.
To claim a prize you’ve won, simply navigate to your Inventory, select the prize, and add it to your cart. Once the prize is in your cart, complete the checkout process. There is no charge for prizes you choose to keep.
No, prizes cannot be exchanged for other items. However, you can choose to sell a prize back for credits, which can be used to open more mystery boxes.
If you don’t want to keep a prize, you can sell it back for credits directly from your Inventory. The credits you receive will be added to your account balance, allowing you to use them for future mystery box draws.
The number of credits needed to open a mystery box varies by box. You’ll see the price for each box before you choose to open it. The number of entries and cost will always be clearly displayed.
Once you have opened a mystery box, the credits are non-refundable. You should carefully consider whether you want to open a box before proceeding with your purchase.
If you run out of credits, you can easily add more credits to your account by selecting the "Add Credits" option. You can then use the additional credits to open more mystery boxes.
Credits are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another account. They are only valid for the account in which they were added.
